If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

I would think that you have been a TalkTalk customer for 12, 18 or 24 months and that you had a promotional introductory offer as £33 is the "normal" price.
Have a look in my account and see if there is an offer under renew contract, or check comparison sites where you may find a better offer, or contact the loyalty team to see if they will give you a deal.
