Hi
Any advise on how to get support to access the Amazon promotional offer? I’ve called customer services twice now as the text sent 4 months ago did not include the code and radio silence since a second text was received stating they would confirm asap
After 2 very lengthy and frustrating calls I have now been given the code but the Amazon link has now expired!
You really couldn’t make this up if you tried!
I can’t face calling customer services and going through the whole story yet again.
Any ideas how I can access without the Amazon link please?
