Provider reference

I've not recieved any emailing letting me know about my gift voucher for signing up but knew my time to get it was ready. I found an old email checking the status of it but to confirm it wants details and one of those is the provider reference what I've never received how do I find this to get my gift voucher please?

Afternoon Jo, many thanks for your reply. I have been checking that as well as I get that a lot with my work so have been keeping an eye out for it but nothing?
