Hi please can anyone help. We joined Talktalk in August last year via Quidco. I did it all right and have screenshots of the Quidco link yet, it didn't track and I submitted a claim which has been declined. This was at £90 so i am obviously unhappy!
Can anyone help??

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your account.
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
