Thinking of leaving as got a better off from another ISP?
what is the best way to leave ??
as a isp has a better offer than i currently have as it includes a mobile phone contract to for the same price i am pay now for just any time calls and 150fibre

I have checked your account and you have just over 11 months left so the cancellation fee shows as £118.04

If you're switching your landline 'phone number to another ISP that uses the Openreach network then just place the order with the new ISP and they'll cancel your service with TalkTalk.
But if you're not switching your landline number or moving to an ISP that uses their own network then you'll need to give 30 days' notice to the TalkTalk cancellations team by calling them on 0345 172 0088 or 0345 172 5157.

Calls to Customer Services on 0345 172 0088, Better value contract renewals and cancellations on 0345 172 5157, if you're thinking of leaving are free from a TalkTalk home 'phone but otherwise are at a standard landline call rate. Always worth talking to the Better value contract renewals team as they may have better offers available for you.

The usual cancellation instructions are here, @hosay299, but it may well depend upon which infrastructure runs the Fibre you are switching to.
Best to speak directly to both firms and not assume anything!
