TalkTalk sent me a new upgraded router, unsolicited and free of charge.
The subsequent email asks for the old one to be returned "in the returns bag provided". However no returns bag was included with the new router.
Would you please kindly send me a returns bag, so that I am not hit with any penalty charge.
Can also enquire as to why I received a new router?
