We have just joined. Our internet started on the 7th May and we have had this added to our bill as well.
It is May now. We signed up at the end of April and service started on the 7th May so very bizarre how we have a charge of £29.95 for March when we weren't even members...go figure and £52.95 as our first bill even though we should only be getting charged £25 a month.
Already thinking of cancelling within the 14 day cooking off period as this isn't a promising start.

Our billing team are looking into this it looks to be a bug in My Account,
I can confirm that your monthly charge will be what you agreed £25 , although your first bill can be slightly higher as explained in our help page Your first bill

You only get 14 days after receipt of any extra equipment you have ordered, otherwise it's 20 day from the date of your order.
3 CHANGING YOUR MIND
3.1 You may cancel your order by contacting us (see paragraph 19 below):
(a) in the first 20 days after our acceptance of your order; or
(b) if you’ve ordered equipment, such as a set top box, a powerline adapter or a mobile
device, in the first 14 days after receipt of such equipment.
