Hi Chris.

So, I went to the TalkTalk mobile website, "TV, Broadband & Calls” section, there was a better plan offer called ”Totally Unlimited Superfast Fibre, average download speeds of 67Mb/s”, and I bought it, together with the hub.

 

I bought it on Friday the 10th of January.

 

Also, I was reading the forum, to see if anyone had the same problem as me, and I found this person that had the same problem, and they managed to fix it for him. I hope it helps.
