Hi OCEi have tried to work out what is going as with the price changes can one of u please help me as i have had a bill but does not explain what is going on as it just does the call change charge not the other thing which people are message on here about

 

When will i get a up-date on if the bill charge change and when will it take effect??

 

can u explain what the changes are and when they will happen??

I have checked your order and there is no TV portion as part of the new order. My Account will update once the order completes on the 16th.

Ah, OK. Well, you can always cancel the TV part of the service after ordering, either via customer services, or @Arne-TalkTalk will usually help. 

 

I have re-escalated this for you, give him a chance to respond.

@ferguson the upgrade shows tv ? Which was removed last time by ceo team due to none recording box issue

If it was that simple Im sure it would have been done by now, there are so many variables that can cause this problem we have to deal with them on an individual basis.

@Arne-TalkTalk it seems u get the issue a lot over the years why does that not get fixed for good...!!!!!!!! or GET someone to check these things so they do not need to be chased up

@Arne-TalkTalk tv charge from 4.00 to 2.00 OK as have still had not changed on it from email which is odd??

@Arne-TalkTalk @ferguson seems the chat agent said i did need the charge but has done a discount on it to £2.00.

 

Seems talktalk are giving mixed message on who and where u get the info from.

@hosay299  you are not effected by the price increase this April as you are on Fibre35, price change for you is April 2022, when you will receive a notification next March.

As said to say i am think of leaving as the service is ok but the tv side has gone down hill with no clear info on improvements 

 

just need to know when to expect it so i can keep a eye out and plan it

Hey @hosay299 you know that bumping your own thread just knocks it back in the workflow queue.

 

You do not need to pay the TV fee in order to access the apps, the customer loyalty team can remove that for you on request.
