Please avoid TalkTalk like the plague. Do not start a contract with them. This entire forum is full of more than 116,000 public complaints about just their fibre service. When you factor in the other services they falsely "offer" the number of complaints more than doubles. They start out by sending you a router that has known faults. Then you have to beg for a different one that actually works, just so that you have the service that you're paying for. If you value your connection stay clear of TalkTalk. The customer service lines are open and they encourage you to "call" them or use the "live chat". Only the number to call them is not on this website and their live chat is always too "busy" to start new chats. Your only solution is to sit in with the other 300,000+ people that are complaining as part of this customer forum to get the service that they are paying for and should be provided by TalkTalk.

You never followed that up but are posting elsewhere on other people's threads about how unresponsive Talktalk is.
