Recent upgrade to Fibre 65 problems

I upgraded to Fibre 65 at the end of last month. The offer included unlimited UK landline and mobile calls and SuperSafe security, neither of which have been added to my package.

I've also heard nothing about the promised Tech offer which should also have been included.

I'm attaching a PDF of the webpage which clearly shows this offer on my 'Existing customer offers & upgrades' page.
