Recurring card payment setup

Trying to set up a recurring card payment but after entering the details I get a message sso.talktalk.co.uk refused to connect when I assume it's trying to verify the card details - tried on different browsers and mobile network / phone - same message each time - so not my end - is this a known issue?

Sorry about that, I can see that you now have setup a direct debit which is pending.

No - gave up in the end - it was attempted from home, on my home broadband (ie TalkTalk!)

Did you manage to add the details?

 

The only time that error has appeared in the past is when a customer is trying to access one of our sites from outside the UK.
