I cannot find anywhere on website to remove TV from the bill.

I would like to remove TalkTalk TV from my bill. I haven't used the service in a long time and it is just an additional £4 that's never been used.

My contract just finished. It seems like it’s easier to move away I think.

It's part of your contract and so has to be dealt with by the cancellation team - it's not like a boost which just has a one month commitment and so you can remove boosts easily yourself.

You need to phone up to get it removed, @systemcode.

 

03451 720088, after 9am. Open till 7pm weekdays, 6pm Saturdays (not open on Sundays).
