Renewal confusion...

I'm due to renew my contract, I'm currently paying £24 a month for what is now called Fiber 65, from what I can see if I was a new customer wanted to purchase this service it costs £25 a month, but as an existing customer I'm being offered the same deal (Fiber 65) for £27 a month.

 

Am I missing something here?  My instinct is not to waste any more time and move to Sky or BT but I wanted to double check I'm not being stupid first?

For the  best renewal deals it is always best to contact the customer loyalty team directly, call 0345 172 0046 between 9:00 and 6:00 Monday to Saturday.
