Renewal more expensive?

Hi,

What options are there around a renewal offer which isn't competitive? I'm currently paying 21/month for broadband and my renewal offer is 25/month. OneStream is offering 19.95/month and Shell is 21.99/month for the same speed. I'd be happy to stay with TalkTalk ... but not at 25/month when switching would be cheaper?

Staff here cannot negotiate renewals.

You will need to speak to the Loyalty Team as they hold the best deals that can be had.

Haggle a bit too.

0345 172 0088 is currently working. Say "Loyalty Team" or "leaving TalkTalk" or "cancel TalkTalk" when prompted and you should get through to someone to talk to.
You may though have to listen to a few lengthy recorded messages, but if you persevere you should get through to someone.
