an email for renewal had came through for my broadband and when I clicked into it it gave me a deal for broadband with a free echo and plug , took the deal and 40 days later no free gifts .
tried to sort it through chat but the agent cut the chat off as I was looking for emails , seen loads of posts with the same problem , can anyone help?
