Renewal reward no longer available on Amazon

Hi, my apologies for posting here, but I have just spent half an hour looking for where was suitable to post to.

I renewed my talktalk contract,  and received my Amazon code to claim my Echo Dot.

Going to the Amazon page ,it says  item not in stock and no indication if it will be back in stock again.

I hope someone can help..

There isn't much we can do if Amazon have stock issues I'm afraid. 

All we can advise is to keep trying the link that was sent to you.
