Hi, I renewed my Fibre 65 service roughly 8 months a go and selected the Ring doorbell as the promotional gift. However I never received the voucher code for the Ring doorbell?

Can you please investigate?

Add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details, @seanburke1616, so that staff can identify your account.
