I renewed my contract in May 2021. As part of the contract renewal offer I was offered a free Amazon Tech Pack and I chose the Amazon Tech Pack consisting of an Amazon Echo Dot 4th gen and Amazon Smart Plug. According to the terms and conditions, I should have received a voucher code for this within 37 days of the new contract going live. When that time passed and I hadn't received my code I contacted TalkTalk support using online chat. The person to whom I spoke told me that they would escalate the issue to Amazon and that I would hear back within 3-5 working days. However a further two weeks have now passed and I have heard nothing. I have still not received my voucher code, nearly two months after renewing my contract. Could someone from TalkTalk please get this sorted out for me?
