My 18 month contact ends on 11 Feb.
I had an email on 4 Feb offering a new 18 month contract with a discount and a new router. It said this offer was only available via email. The email had a single click button to order it, which I did. A new window then displayed saying that I would receive another email confirming the new contract within 72 hours. This did not happen so 4 days after I had done it I rang customer services who confirmed that there have been no changes to my account and they are not aware of this email and cannot offer the same deal. They suggested I clicked the email link again, which I did. Still no confirmation yet.
How can I confirm this offer??
