Renewing Contract

Invite to renew contract only mentions broadband, not the calls and tv I currently have.  There is no upgrade to broadband service available but I'm being asked to pay more for the inferior service.  How do I find a total price for my broad band, calls and tv.  I am not keen to renew my broad band until the whole cost has been notified.

Your best bet is to speak directly with the customer loyalty team, call them after 9:00am tomorrow and you can discuss exactly which package suits you best. 0345 172 0046.
