Return of equipment

I've cancelled my contract on the 26/06 and was told the return bag for the equipment would be sent to my new address. I've yet to receive any bags even after confirming that they were sent.

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure that your current address is in the Personal notes section of your community profile and the support team should be able to oblige.
