Went live 11th march 2022, promised the reward voucher, upto yet not received, contacted talk talk twice got two different answers, contacted customer services who told me to contact gift cloud, who tell me they have no details for my account, i can guess which way is going. I also asked them to sort another matter out for me in the same letter to customer services this has been totally ignored in their reply. They have signed me up and that is all that matters, beginning to wish I had not bothered switching.
