I recently renewed my contract and I've not seen any way of getting the ring camera or echo dot/smart plug it'd be nice if someone would explain how to get it.

I'm pretty sure it started on the 25 September 2021 but as I never actually received an email saying it started don't know, and the contract end date is 14 Sep 2023 so I'm guessing going by the first bill for the 25th it would have been 37 days on the 1st of November.
