At the start of October I upgraded my contract to take up the offer of either the Amazon Tech pack or the Ring Doorbell. I'm still waiting to receive instructions on how to get this?

Am escalating this into the workflow, @EllaBH, as it didn't appear to get into the queue for attention from staff last week.
Also moving it to billing, as it's not an issue with your service.
