Ring Indoor Cam Voucher not received

Good morning, back in May I updated our contract to Fibre 65 having received an email from TalkTalk offering a Ring indoor camera as part of the deal.  I signed up to this but never received the voucher by email, although the contract was changed.  Please can this be looked into?  Thanks
