I have contacted talk talk 4 time since 14th October and had several long conversations with colleagues about this issue! I upgraded my WiFi on 14th October and have never received a code for my free indoor camera via Amazon! I spoke to someone last week who claimed he has escalated the issue to management and I would receive an email with the code! Still no email! Worse customer care I have ever experienced! Promise the world and deliver nothing!

You need to go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
Staff will be back on here after the weekend.

It's not a problem with your actual Broadband service.
