Router delivery fail

Hi! I was expecting for my router to be delivered today but nothing arrived. Status says that its been delivered and received, I even received a text message that its been received....!! by who.?? Not by me for sure. I tried to contact talktalk and the courier company with no luck whatsoever. What is going on? Does someone know? Is that something like an automate message? That doesn't corresponds to the actual status of my delivery??? Can someone give some instructions about how to contact talktalk or the courier company?

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
