Hi, I cancelled my service (ended on July 16th) and I was supposed to receive return bag, I already requested it 2 times, but it never arrived. I have checked with my previous landlord if it by mistake arrived to my old address, but it didn't. Can you please send it one more time to my new address? (it's in my profile). When is the last day you have to receive it to not charge me?
