Hello.

 

We have had our router a long time now , I am wondering how to go about requesting a new one ? 

I'm not looking to upgrade our package , just simply a new , and probably more secure , router

There is usually a bag in the box with the new router, I have requested another to be sent to you.

Just to let you know we have received the shiney new router . - many thanks 

 

We've set it up just now and all ok.

Hi Debbie 

It's occasionally ' drops out' but by and large it is ok. 

It has had to work hard this last year as I have been working from home , this situation is ok going too
