Today I received a second letter stating that there is a problem with my email address and I will be switched to paper billing at a monthly charge of £2.75. When I received the first letter in May, I spent 17 mins on chat discussing the problem and was assured that my email address was correct and I should ignore the letter. Can someone at Talk Talk please address this issue as I can see it has affected many other customers. Thank you.

Do you have another email address that you can use for the next bill notification
Switching email addresses temporarily usually solves this issue.

If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. Bear in mind that they won't be back online until Monday.
