Hello, I cancelled my service due to moving house back in 5/4 effective from 24/04. I have got a letter saying outstanding balance 0 as well. Because you didn't serve the area there was no charge. But now I've got an email saying I will be charged 26£. Adding to the above I was told on phone that I will have to return the equipment after the cease of service otherwise I will be charged 50£. Haven't received anyt return bag yet.
