As per title.
Why has my service been restricted since around 10 am this morning??
Bill just out on 15th. Due date is today.
I have also paid said bill today. I am currently also dealing with Debbie in the FAULTS section and I need internet asap!!!!!

Its an automated process, and will be based on previous payment history, if you have late paid in the past the billing system will flag this up. We recommend setting up a direct debit to avoid situations like this.
