My Future Fibre service went live 16 days ago, yet I still don't have any account details.
I got an email 12 days ago saying:
"Soon you’ll be able to manage your Future Fibre package in My Account. Look out for an email with information about My Account and how to register."
Is it normal for it to take that long to set up?

Yes, @MilesR, a lot of people have had this issue.
