Hello, 

 

I'm trying to setup a talktalk account to manage my online billing, but despite using the account number from my monthly bill, it's not recognising my account. Could someone from the Talktalk team please reach out to help rectify this please?

You will need to contact the future fibre team, you can use the chat option on the Future Fibre page

 

They can help.

Thanks for the response.

 

I don't have a landline as I have FTTP, so have added my mobile number. Thanks for your help.

@RossL87, please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; from the drop down menu that starts with "email", choose Personal Information. 

 

 

Complete that. At the end of that section, in Private Notes, add the number that is showing on your bills and Save Changes.
