Hello. Apologies for placing this question here but not sure where else to go.

 

I took the Black Friday offer to switch to talktalk which offered a £90 Amazon voucher. I have yet to received this. I was told it would arrive after 90 days but nothing has come. I used comparethemarket.com where the voucher offer was made. Please can you advise.

Did you manage to activate the card?,

 

The website is not ours its managed by Giftcloud, you could email hello@giftcloud.com if you are still having issues.

Hi there OCE_Arne

 

I just tried to activate the gift card but the webpage it took me to was broken. See attached images. I took a few days before I tried to activate, but it does say on the email that I have 90 days to activate.

 

I would appreciate a speedy resolution to this problem.

The Voucher will be dispatched in the next few days

 

Please keep an eye on your spam/junk folder for an email from Giftcloud.

Make sure you add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account, @muscateer.

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; Profile Wizard.
