Sign up voucher overdue

Hi all,

 

When I signed up, new customers were given an Amazon voucher after 90 days, subject to T&Cs, obviously.

I signed up on 15th March, so my 90 days wait period would have thoretically ended on 13th June, according to This link, but it's now 133 days since signup and still no voucher.

 

Can someone please chase this up for me?

Hi @Ady-TalkTalk,

My install date was 22 April, so yes the 90 days ended on 21 July.

I had mistakenly thought that the 90 days was from when the order was placed, but it's obviously from the go live date as, you mentioned.

That being said, although it's only a week "overdue", I would appreciate it, if you could look further into it for me?

Hi Kev, the 90 days starts when your service goes live. Is that still over 90 days?
