Signed up for broadband and now I can't log in

I signed up for talk talk broadband, did everything successfully and could log into my account yesterday after I placed the order. I didn't get a confirmation email only a reference number, I can't call talk talk as they need my home number and I don't have one. I try to login today and its saying my username and password doesn't exist.

Thanks for your post, sorry that you are having problems.

 

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
