Do TalkTalk offer social tariffs or not ?

@Weevie, this question has popped up from time to time on here and you may be able to search through past posts.

But as above, no there's no "social tariff" with Talktalk.

Some people may qualify for free 6 months through Talktalk's partnership with Jobcentre Plus.

I don't think you, they didn't use to. In case things have changed, this will require TalkTalk to deal with your problem. There are no TalkTalk support staff on this forum anymore.
