Someone keeps trying to cancel the broadband at my property against my will.
I previously spoke to customer services and they stopped this cancellation, but now the whole process has started again and the customer services line is down.
I'm worried that I'm going to lose broadband in a few days due to this and I have to work from home so can't be without broadband.
Can anyone advise how I put a block on my account to stop any other ISP from sending a cancellation to talktalk?
