Leaving TT sadly and a bit confused after my last chat online with for team, they advised that I would be liable fo a £50 charge if I kept the router as I received a router for free as part of my service. Per the TT 2020 contract section 7.2 a, I thought it was owned by me after the 18 month contract ended?Only leaving for BT due to lack of TT FTTP rollout and did not want to fall out after many years, so will be sending it to TT, but it is not very clear.
