Our whole service was out for over 3 weeks in December. The whole process was a nightmare as no communication from TalkTalk but we were promised a refund for the time the service was out. Latest bill as just come through for the usual monthly amount with no refund whatsoever. I do not want to have to ring up and go through 20 mins on the phone to try to get through to someone who can help. What is the quickest way of getting this resolved?
