Renewed my contract last month should have received a code to get a free device from amazon. Had an email 2 weeks ago saying code was delayed still not arrived
Codes have been issued today can you check your spam/junk mail folders, also , Ensure that the product is being supplied By Dispatched from and sold by Amazon EU Sarl. and not Appliance Direct.
