Still no re-contract

Its now two whole months since I got the email offering an 18 month re-contract for £23.50. I clicked the link to accept the deal and it said we'll sort it within 10 days and I'd be contacted to confirm the change.  Since then absolute silence from TalkTalk, and to rub salt into the wound they're now increasing my boost price (I know this is their way round the no contract price rises, but it's still annoying that I'm paying even more than I should be).  Seriously thinking about going elsewhere.

You also have the anytime calls boost £14 in addition

@GraemeMcD, did you ever ring them up?

Arne suggested that you might get a better deal anyway, if you phoned, when you were worrying about whether the email was genuine. 

Many of the email renewals were not processed correctly.
