Suddenly receive a paper bill with 'account charge'.

After nearly sixteen years of paying my bill by direct debit, I receive a paper bill for this month with an account charge of £2.75. Tried to log in to my account but it now won't recognise my log-in details for some reason. Getting sick and tired of this company. Seriously considering moving.

What the hell is going on?

Finally sorted out by Nonsikelelo on online chat- thank-you,  but had to use another email address as the original one was being rejected even when they tried it.

After having this problem escalated via online chat with Johngeorge on 16/6/21, I received another link via email in order for me to register my account AGAIN (been with talktalk for 16 years), and it STILL won't accept my email address. Why is this so difficult?

If you would like us to look into this, please can you update your community profile to include your home telephone number, we will then be able to have a look at your  account.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
