When logging into my app it says account suspended and I can not view my online account details either? I have had this issue for around 3 months and as a result have made late payments and as a subsequence issued with late payment charges. Luckily these have been removed as my issue has been recognised. I am tired of having to try fix this issue which seems to have no resolve.
I have been advised to delete cookies etc and also typing the web address in directly but this simply does not work. My contract finishes soon so it will not be an issue for too long but this is really not ideal.
Please find me a solution thank you!
