I have today accepted a free upgrade from Fibre 35 to Fibre 65.
But, my account now shows TV as an ordered product. I did not order any TV, nor was TV even discussed.
I have no idea why has TV been added without my permission or knowledge.
I should be grateful if you will remove it, and confirm there will be no charge.
(For information I had exactly the same issue in 2021 when I accepted a free upgrade from copper to Fibre, and you removed TV as requested)

Arne, my account still wrongly shows Unlimited UK Calls boost half price for 12 months £7.
It should show the £9 discount for 24 months.

Ive checked your account, There is no TV service or supersafe boosts so I don't know where these emails are coming from I suspect they are automated

You said yesterday that TV has not been charged, however I received an email today saying my TalkTalk TV is ready to go!!
Please can you explain what is going on?
Also, as part on my upgrade package to Fibre 65 it was agreed that my half price Unlimited UK Calls boost would be removed, and a new Unlimited UK Calls boost added with a £9 discount for 24 months. However, it shows on the account as Half Price for 12 months £7. Please can you put this right.

Arne, I have just noticed that Super Safe boost has also been added as an ordered product without my knowledge.
I should be grateful if you would remove that too.
For information the Fibre go live date is tomorrow 6 January
