Hello,

 

I have a Fibre contract for which I am really happy. But I am charged 4£ a month for Talk Talk TV which I never use.

My renewal contract is on the 5th of August. So, how can I cancel this 4£ monthly fee ?

Good morning ! Indeed, the switch to Fast 150 has been completed yesterday. So, can you please remove the £4 for TV ?

Thanks, there is an order going through for FTTP due to complete on the 6th Sept once that is complete I can remove the TV charge if you post back on the 7th I will remove it .

Good afternoon,

I have done what you suggested in July. I was able to talk to somebody and to cancel £4 a month for TV.

But unfortunately, on my last invoice, thos 4 pounds are still there...

Phone to renew your contract and ask them to remove the TV charge there and then, @Marcofil.

 

You are within 90 days of the end of your contract, so you can do this anytime now.
