When I moved I was originally told I couldn't have fibre and my package was changed to fast broadband, but talk talk tv was added as well something I didn't want and was never sent a tv box on top of that. Since I discovered I could in fact get fibre I have upgrade my package, the talk talk tv is still there, please can you remove this from my account, as I am paying for something that I don't have.

Forum staff don't usually do the change of package stuff - it will have to be a phone call/Chat.
On here they can chase up if a refund doesn't materialise, @kifaruman47.

@kifaruman47, can you see TV as a separate extra £4.00 listed item?
If not, it's just part of Talktalk plugging the fact that it is available, and it's stuck there in the title whether you actually have it or not.
It baffles many customers.
Talktalk thinks it's a great idea....! It took me aback when I first noticed it.
If TV is indeed on there, and you don't want it, you need to phone 03451 720046 (open till 7pm, then from 9am tomorrow) or use Chat:
They will remove the TV charge for you.
