There was a full page advertisement in the Sunday Times yesterday offering Fibre 35 Ag speeds 38Mb/s for £22.  When I look at my available upgrades I cannot find it.  I can find an offer to renew my Fibre Broadband with Average download speeds of 38Mb/s but that costs £27 - why?

Yikes! Did you get notified when your last contract expired? Your best bet is to contact the customer loyalty team directly on 0345 172 5157.

I believe it has already expired.  I am not sure where to find the details on my dashboard. 

 

The £27 offer does state When your contract ends, you move onto our standard price plan, so you may see an increase in your bill. Renew your contract to fix your price for 24 months and continue to get totally unlimited broadband.  At the moment I am being charged £31.95
